  1. How do I use the 10% discount code? Subscribe to our newsletter and receive the discount code to use for your first purchase. Enter it at check out to receive the discount. Here is the link subscription link
  2. Why does the discount code not work? The 10% discount code is not usable on the Eco-Wembley collection in collaboration with Acbc and is not cumulative with other active offers/promotions.
  3. Where can I buy Alexander Smith products? Currently, you can buy all countries of the world.
  4. In which languages can I navigate? The languages available for browsing the site of Alexander Smith are Italian and English, which can be selected at the bottom of the site.

  6. I completed an order but I did not receive an order confirmation email, how do I know if it was successful? Once the order is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email to the email address indicated at the time of purchase. If you don’t receive it, check your junk mail.   1. Can the country where the goods are delivered be different from the country where the goods were purchased? No, the country where the goods are delivered must be the same as the country indicated in the shipping address, while it is possible to request the shipment to a different address than the billing address provided that the same country.
